ARAVIN License Agreement
Effective Date: 01 February 2025
Licensee: Any individual, business, or organization purchasing this commercial license
What This License Allows:
- Print and sell licensed content as part of physical products (e.g., coloring books, journals, activity books)
- Incorporate content into client projects for a fee (e.g., coaching programs, classroom kits, workshop materials)
- Use digital content in group settings, such as therapy sessions, classrooms, or webinars
- Edit or brand the content (minor edits only; must not be misrepresented as original work)
- Bundle the product with other digital or printed materials
What You May NOT Do:
- Resell or redistribute the original digital files in their unaltered format
- Upload content to print-on-demand marketplaces (e.g., Amazon KDP, Redbubble, Etsy, TPT) without a separate agreement
- Claim authorship or exclusive rights to ARAVIN Publishing content, titles, or branding
- Offer the original files as freebies, bonuses, or lead magnets
- Share your license access with others — this license is non-transferable and for one business/entity only
Usage Scope:
- Client Work: Yes
- Printed Product Resale: Yes
- Classroom or Group Printing: Yes
- Upload to Etsy / TPT: No (requires separate agreement)
- Upload to Amazon KDP / POD: No (requires separate agreement)
- Giving Away as Freebie: No
Ownership & Rights: All designs, artwork, and content remain the exclusive property of ARAVIN Publishing. This license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership or copyright.
